How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order – it is already included in the price, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Where do you deliver?

To all countries of the European Union and to the United States, Canada, Switzerland and Norway.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 8–14 days from your order. Deliveries outside the EU can take a few days longer.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Within the EU, no – the price at checkout is the total price. Outside the EU, your country's customs may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. See our shipping policy for details.

Will your lights work in the US or Canada?

Many of our lamps are made for Europe: they come with an EU plug and run on 220 V, so they won't work on 110–120 V mains in the US or Canada – not even with a plug adapter. Lights powered by USB or batteries work everywhere. Check the Good to know section on the product page, or write to us if you're not sure.

Do I need an electrician?

Table and floor lamps simply plug into a socket, and most LED strips and night lights run on USB or batteries. Pendant, ceiling and hard-wired wall lights have to be connected to your home's wiring – please have that done by a qualified electrician.

Which light colour should I choose?

For a cosy mood at home, choose warm white (around 2700–3000 K). Neutral or cool white suits wardrobes, kitchens and work areas.

Are bulbs included?

Check the product description – it always says what's in the box.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. See our terms and conditions for details.

What if my light arrives damaged or faulty?
