14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the product – no reason needed. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last one arrives.

How to return an item

Tell us. Write to moodly.lights@gmail.com within the 14 days, with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the form at the end of this page, but any clear message is enough.
Wait for our reply. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send the item to the address on the parcel label – it is not our returns address.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Pack it carefully, ideally in the original packaging, with all accessories.

Return costs

You pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service – the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Condition of returned items

You may unpack and try the product the way you could in a shop. If it comes back used beyond that, damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund by the amount the product has lost in value.

Refunds

We refund the full price you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait with the refund until the item has arrived back or you have sent us proof that you posted it. The money goes back to the payment method you used for the order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, write to us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and you will not pay for the return. Your statutory rights for faulty products are described in section 7 of our terms of service.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind right after ordering? Write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
