Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. It is already included in the price, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay – nothing is added at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the European Union and to selected other countries. The countries we currently deliver to are listed at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 8–14 days from your order. This is an estimate: in busy periods, such as before Christmas, a parcel can take a little longer.

Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which may be located outside the European Union. That is why delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse, and why an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you an e-mail with a tracking number.

Customs and import charges

The price you pay at checkout is the total price. For deliveries within the European Union you should not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier asks you for additional import charges, please contact us before you pay so that we can sort it out.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, write to moodly.lights@gmail.com. You can choose between a new delivery and a full refund.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before you order. If you need to change it, write to us straight away – we can only change it before the order is dispatched.
